All returns are tested and if found to have no fault will be returned as they arrived.
All items found to be faulty will be replaced with the same/similar product where available.
Where no replacement is available then a credit note will be issued.
If a product has been discontinued in our range it may be sent back to the supplier to be repaired.
All shortages/damages on delivery MUST be notified within 48 hours of receipt or no RMA will be offered.
All shortages on replacements MUST be notified within 48 hours of receipt.
All RMA forms must be signed and the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
